Abayomi Adeola Akindele B.Sc, MBA, PGDID,MNSE, R.Engr., FIMC, CMC, FNIMN, MASHRAE.
Engr. Abayomi Adeola Akindele had his elementary education at St. Andrew’s Demonstration School, Oyo from 1972-1978.
In September 1978 he was admitted into Oranyan Grammar School, Oyo for his Secondary education and passed out of the school in 1983 with WASC O’ Level in Sciences.
From 1983 to 1984 he was at Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo for his Higher School Certificate. In 1984 Adeola gained admission into University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) to study Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. He graduated with honours in 1989 and was posted to Plateau State for the one-year national youth service. During the service year, he was at Consolidated Tin Mines and its subsidiary, Minesfield Engineering Limited, Bukuru, near Jos, for his primary assignment. Between 1997 and 2001 he was at University of Ilorin for his M.B.A. specializing in Market Oriented Integrated Logistics.
In June 1991, he was employed as a management trainee with Nigerian Foundries Limited, Ilupeju, Lagos. October 1993 he was headhunted by Omolayole and Associates to work for Bata Plc as a Factory Manager. While with Bata Plc he held various positions as: Factory Manager, Operations Planning Manager and General Sales Manager. In 2001 he moved to UAC Foods as the National Sales Manager and later on as the Divisional Supply Chain Director.
The French multinational, Schneider Electric, offered him the position of Distribution Channel Manager (Anglophone WA) in 2004 where he was till 2011 when he ventured into private business registered as Edifice Compo International Limited based in Lagos, Nigeria. In April 2014, he joined the Board of Perabeam Limited as Managing Director/ CEO. From August 2019 to May 2020 he was part of global professionals that participated in Post Graduate Studies in Innovation and Design Thinking organized by Emeritus Institute of Management, Singapore.
Abayomi Adeola Akindele is a Registered Engineer with COREN, Member Nigerian Society of Engineers, Member American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Fellow Institute of Management Consultants, Certified Management Consultant and Fellow National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is married with children.
He loves playing table tennis, reading, listening to music and watching football.
Abiodun Olusegun Awosanya is currently the Executive Director, Operations at Ruby Group, overseeing Ruby Courier and logistics, RubyTravel and Tours, and Ruby Bureau De Change. He also doubles as Executive Director, Business Development of Pera-Beam limited, a company that specializes in cooling/air conditioning for commercial and residential users respectively. He is leading the current strategic initiative of Pera-Beam to diversify into renewable solutions-specifically solar energy with the sole intention of driving the market from battery/ inverter combination to power station/solar generators.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Economics and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Buckingham in England, United Kingdom. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems from Leicester Business Academy in England, United Kingdom to complement his skill set.
Abiodun is a multifaceted business leader with a seasoned experience across various domains such as leadership, administration, logistics, human and capital asset management both in England and Nigeria. He had worked at Bridge Gate Securities, Nottingham England and Europa Group Logistics, Leicester, England ; where he horned his skills in managing complex organizational challenges for results.
Abiodun is an astute business man. He has keen interests in business ventures such as real estates and the stock market.
He is a strong believer in quality education for our future leaders, students. He mentors many youths in Lagos. He is a devoted family man, who enjoys spending quality time with his family, parents, siblings and relatives.
Adepeju graduated with Second class upper in Economics in year 2002. She became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in year 2001.
She started her accounting career with Mount Sinai Hospitals Ltd in year
1993 as Accounts Clerk and was later promoted to the post of Accounts Officer. She left the organization as the Assistant Accountant.
Adepeju later joined Safetrip (ST) Oil Ltd in year 2004 as the Accountant. She left for Rostrum Investment and Securities Ltd (A member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) in year 2008 as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Executive Chairman. She later left for Rebounds IntegratedServices Ltd in year 2010 as the PA to the Executive Chairman.
She joined Pera-Beam Ltd in year 2016 to oversee the Internal Control Department of the HVAC Company.
Adepeju is happily married with children.
BASHIR SOYEMI attended Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, HND (Accountancy) and PGD at University of Ibandan (UI). Currently he is a Student Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
He attended advance management trainee, forensic audit and Anger management at BACO INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT in GAMBIA.
He worked as Financial Advisor at Asset and Resource Management Plc (ARM Plc) where he certified as
Insurance Agent by Chartered Institute Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN).
He is the currently Internal Control Manager, Perabeam Limited.
Tayo Afolabi holds a B.Sc (Chemistry) and MBA. 1988 and 1985 respectively from University of Ilorin.
He joined Pera-Beam Limited in 2014 as Sales Manager. He was moved in August 2016 as a Business Development Manager to Head the Services/Hire Department of the company. Before joining Pera-Beam, he had worked in other places, among which are Oasis Savings & Loans Limited and Somotex Nigeria Limited.
